Something different

I feel confident in my chess game against my young English chess opponent. He moves. A momentary chill runs through me like ice in my veins. I sense the game has changed. He has secured an advantage I will not overcome. I cannot identify it though.

The ebb and flow of my chess games mimic the ebb and flow of my life these days. Something different than reason and my five senses guides my life. I delight in it. I trust it.
