2010 World Cup Final

Clockwork Orange Mark II are 2 1/2 to 1 dogs in tomorrow’s game, so I bet on them.  The price seemed right.

I don’t really have a dog in the fight.  I just hope the Dutch force Spain out of their plan to win 1-0 at the end of regulation.

At the end of each World Cup, I always wonder how a sporting event that lasts a whole month seems to go by so quickly.

  1. You’ve got to admit football as an artform was the winner. Congrats to all of us who love the game itself.

    • All the commentators were upset by the game’s lack of aesthetics. Yellow cards galore. Spain was the pre-tournament favorite with all the stars and they came through for their country at last. And the Dutch have nothing to be ashamed of. They had a great run, including knocking off Brazil.
